Returns & Refund Policy

Customer satisfaction is the first priority for us, we want our customers to be completely satisfied with their purchases. The following general order cancellation & return policy is applicable to items sold by Eavaro.

ORDER CANCELLATION PROCESS:

BY CUSTOMER:

 Customers who want to cancel orders must do so through the cancellation process on the Eavaro Site.

– The customer can cancel the order after the dispatch of the shipment.
– Customized orders as per the customer’s request may not be canceled once the order is processed.
– Customers can call us on our number, our support team will assist accordingly.
– After submitting the cancellation request, we’ll send you a confirmation message along with the refund details to the e-mail address on the customer account.

Eavaro: Order Cancellation Process

 – Incorrect or Incomplete information regarding Customer’s credentials i.e. address (Street number, Landmark phone number), etc.
– In exceptional cases due to the unavailability of products i.e., if a product runs “out of stock” with the vendor, the product will be canceled.

RETURN POLICY

We have a policy of Return/Replacement within 7 days of delivery of the Product. In case, if the customer receives a damaged or different item, then the customer can contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Note: If the customer received the original/correct product as shown and still wants to return the products, then Shipping charges will be paid by the customer.

AN ITEM MAY BE ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN IF IT FULFILLS ONE OR MORE OF THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS:

  1. Products damaged/ defective.
    2. Wrong item delivered/Wrong Size/Wrong Quantity.
    3. Missing parts/accessories.

Note: Personalized products will not be eligible for returns.

Eavaro: Return Procedure

  1. The customer needs to inform us through call or email with a valid reason within 7 days of receiving the order.
  2. The customer must have a sales invoice.
  3. All items must be returned in their original condition, with price tags intact, user manual, warranty cards, original accessories, and in the original manufacturer’s box/packaging as delivered.
  1. THERE ARE 2 WAYS TO RETURN THE PRODUCT:
  1. a) We will raise a request for Reverse pickup and try to arrange it from our end. Once the pickup is arranged our courier partner will contact you and collect the shipment within 2-3 business days.
  2. b) However, in some cases, if we cannot provide return service then the customer needs to send the product to us through India Post or any available courier company. Once the product is received by us, then we will reverse the courier charges.
  1. After receiving the product, the quality check will be done over the product by our team which takes 2 days’ time.
  2. The refund will be credited within 6-8 business days after cancellation/return.

REFUND POLICY

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return to let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 6-8 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
